Sparta Media (“we,” “us”) is a mobile and in-app media agency, part of the Xpander Media group. This site, spartamedia.io, is our public storefront. This policy covers this website only, not the platforms, SDKs, or measurement tools used to run a live campaign, which are covered by that engagement’s own service agreement. This site does not run a contact form, does not set marketing or analytics cookies, and does not use tracking pixels. The only data we collect is what you send us directly: if you email info@spartamedia.io, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and the contents of your message. We do not collect data through the site itself — there is nothing here to submit, browse-track, or fingerprint.
Where data protection law requires a lawful basis for processing — for example under the GDPR — we rely on legitimate interest in replying to an enquiry you sent us, or, once an engagement starts, on the performance of that contract.
We use the contents of your email to reply to you and, if it leads to an engagement, to set up and run that campaign. We do not use it for anything else — no newsletter, no resale, no profiling.
We do not sell or rent your data. We use standard email infrastructure to receive and store correspondence; we do not route enquiries through analytics platforms, CRMs, or third-party marketing tools. If an engagement proceeds, campaign and tracking data is processed under that engagement’s own service agreement and the policies of the measurement platforms involved — not under this policy.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is operationally useful — typically the life of the relationship plus a reasonable period after, for bookkeeping and legal reasons. We delete it on request; see Your rights below.
We are a small team, and our email infrastructure may process and store correspondence outside your country. Where that involves a transfer out of the EEA or UK, our provider’s standard contractual safeguards apply.
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it if inaccurate, ask us to delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and receive it in a portable format. Write to info@spartamedia.io for any of these — we will respond promptly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.
This site sets no cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for it to function as a static page — in practice, none. No marketing, analytics, or third-party cookies are set by us.
If our practices change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged here.
